Refunds

Refund requests are accepted within 7 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a refund:

• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition.
• All original packaging and tags must be included.
• Discounted or sale items are final sale and are not eligible for refunds.

To request a refund:

• Email us within 7 days of receiving your order.
• Include your order number, reason for the request, and clear photos of the item and packaging.

Please note:

• All refund shipping costs are covered by the customer and may be higher than standard shipping rates.
• Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after approval.

Exchanges

Exchange requests are accepted within 7 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for an exchange:

• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in perfect condition.
• All original packaging and tags must be included and untouched.
• Discounted or sale items are not eligible for exchanges.

To request an exchange:

• Email us within 7 days of receiving your order.
• Include your order number, reason for the exchange, and clear photos of the item and packaging.

Please note:

• Exchange shipping costs are fully covered by the customer and may be higher than standard shipping rates.
• Exchanges are processed once the original item has been received and inspected.

Final Note

VOSKI reserves the right to refuse any refund or exchange request that does not meet the conditions stated above.
