At Voski, we are committed to delivering your orders safely and on time. Please read our shipping policy carefully to understand how and when your order will arrive.

1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days. You will receive a confirmation message once your order has been dispatched.

2. Delivery Time

We deliver orders across Egypt through our logistics partner Bosta. Estimated delivery times:

  • Cairo & Giza: 2–4 business days
  • Other governorates: 3–7 business days

3. Shipping Method

We offer Cash on Delivery (COD)  & Credit card. Please ensure your contact and address details are correct to avoid any delays.

4. Shipping Fees

Shipping fees are calculated based on your location and will be displayed during checkout. Occasionally, we may offer free shipping during special promotions.

5. Delivery Areas

We currently ship within Egypt only. International shipping is not available at this time.

6. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via SMS or email from Bosta to follow your shipment status.

7. Delays

While we aim to deliver on time, delays may occur due to high demand, public holidays, or circumstances beyond our control. We appreciate your patience and understanding.
